By chance, Robert uncovers the insidious magician Dirk as the murderer of stripper Lajana, which leads to a dramatic turn in the power struggle in St. Pauli. Together, Rudi and the Count find out that the corrupt building tycoon Schmidt-Weber is trying to play them off against each other in order to tear up the whole neighborhood.
