Morocco during World War II: The German Wehrmacht has stashed stolen, valuable art in a secret mezzanine floor of a hotel. Count Pfefferman, aka Heinrich Stubel, his assistant Kurt, and his lover Beatrice Rheiner are now trying to get it out of the country. To do this, they kill the hotel manager, hoping that Count Pfefferman will be hired as the new manager. Unfortunately, however, Ronald Hühnerpuster is hired as manager. Now they try to get rid of him too. Eventually, however, he, Rusty, and Corbaccio discover where the artworks are hidden in the hotel. They now do everything in their power to prevent them from being taken out of the country and to put the villains behind bars.
