April 1940. The German Wehrmacht pulls troops together at the German-Danish border. In Denmark, rumors are circulating about a forthcoming German move, but the Danish army has the order to remain passive, not to provoke the big neighbor. Lieutenant Sand is stationed with his train of inexperienced soldiers 10 kilometers before the border. He had to tell his men they were on a routine exercise. On the evening of April 8, he sends her to bed in full combat gear. Tonight, the Wehrmacht begins the invasion at 4:15. Lieutenant Sand receives the order to stop German troops until reinforcements enter. An impossible mission begins ...
