For centuries, fishermen have searched the seas around Iceland with their boats and ships, always in pursuit of the same treasure: cod. For some years now, however, another marine treasure has been awakening desires – it is a strange, unknown and rather ugly-looking animal: the sea cucumber, also known as holothuria.
