Edith Schröder, a friend of Kira, is approached at the cemetery by a young woman who claims to be a medium. She offers the 55-year-old Edith an expensive session to receive messages from her deceased husband. In Kira's view, messages from the afterlife are nonsense. Or could the white feathers that she has been seeing everywhere lately have a completely different meaning? Perhaps her deceased mother is sending her signs?
